Why choose me
A decade ago, to many people I was living the dream. I had the high profile job, I was well respected at work, I had the nice house, flash car, money, but I wasn't happy.
I would be in the office by 7.30am and I would often still be there until 11pm. I had a young daughter at home, a partner and I hardly ever saw them. I was under so much pressure at work to perform at my best, that I wasn't taking my breaks, but very soon what did start to break was me.
A job I had once loved became one that I dreaded. I came home from work crying every night. I would be sick before I went in every day. I stopped doing things I enjoyed, such as going to the gym, eating healthy and socialising with my friends. I would even go a whole week without washing my hair, because I just didn't have time.
I started to make mistakes and the Company came down on me like a tonne of bricks. This is when the panic attacks started. I didn't tell anyone about them, because I felt stupid and didn't think anyone would understand.
One by one my responsibilities were taken away from me and my confidence and self-esteem was at rock bottom. This ended in me collapsing and being rushed to hospital. That was the end of my 14 year career at that Company, because I couldn't go back there.
This turned out to be a blessing, because I started to talk about my panic attacks and got my life back under control and realised what was important to me. I became a Time to Change Champion and do volunteering work for Mind UK. It wasn't flash cars, a big house and money I couldn't spend. It was quality of life, self-care, family, friends and a work/life balance.
What I've learned is there's always something you can change and there's always something you can do.
As your coach I will help you to achieve your goals by eliminating the negatives and developing positive habits, helping you to become the very best you can.
I will motivate you to change things in your life that make you unhappy.
I will work with you to regain your self esteem and confidence to be able to achieve whatever you want.
If your car broke down, or your boiler stopped working, you'd find the money to fix it. If you are broken, why wouldn't you invest in yourself? It could be the best investment you make.

I am a certified NLP Practitioner, qualified to master level in mindfulness. I have a diploma in Life Coaching and qualified in Advanced Nutrition and Weight Management.
I have been where you are myself. I get what it's like to be in a high-pressure role, to have to strive to always be at your best, and eventually that work/life balance becomes disjointed and breaks you.
I am an Award Winning Coach and get results with my proven coaching methods. Visualise how your life will look like in 6 months time compared to how it does now. What will happen if you do nothing? Can you afford to do nothing?
I will work with you to identify what is holding you back and help you to recover and rebuild your life.

Burnout and self-care
Before we start I always offer a free 30 minute telephone discovery call so I can find out a little more about your needs and for you to ask me any questions.
I will then tailor a package to suit your needs. I offer a range of packages from 6-12 week individual sessions to group sessions.
I also work with Corporate organisations to improve well-being and mental health, providing mindfulness, staff training and talks.
Payment can either be made upfront, or a more flexible pay as you go option.
I offer flexible appointments, either face to face or by Zoom video call.
