About us
Hi, I'm Rob.
I help leaders care for the one thing they use for everything- themselves. I am the one person my clients can have truly impartial and impactful conversations with.
I coach people in an interesting and educational way that combines my skills as a teacher, mentor, trainer and coach.
My clients find me because they know I will help them achieve something they have been struggling with and they are ready to have help to achieve what they want.
Working with me brings a sense of relief to my clients as I create a very safe and supportive environment within which to dig deeper. As the Sherpa Bear, I am ready to walk with someone on an important journey and help them find their growl (sense of purpose).
I am an excellent listener and I love to use metaphors, similes and analogies to help relate to the people I work with.
I help people tell their own story in a way they never could do by themselves.
I coach in person, on the phone and via Zoom.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the Coaches Training Institute (https://coactive.com) in 2017 gaining my CPCC qualification (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). I gained my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) status through the ICF in 2019.
During COVID-19 I supported my community through a GP surgery coaching hundreds of NHS patients who were struggling with anxiety, stress and intrusive thoughts.
I went on to work with leaders who wanted more freedom from the influence imposter syndrome and a sense of detachment from how they wanted to feel.
Today, I specialise in helping leaders take care of the one thing they use for everything: themselves. My work supports all the people who choose to follow my clients as leaders in their field.
I have around 1800hrs of 1-2-1 coaching completed so far and I have run group different group coaching courses to help people with anxiety, lonely leaders and men in their 40's and 50's.
I have completed around 1500 hours of mentoring for young people in my community.
Prior to gaining my coaching qualifications I worked in education, construction and the health & fitness industry.
I love to use similes, metaphors and analogies to re-frame thoughts, feelings and emotions.
My core values are Leadership, Campaign and Freedom.
