Narcissistic Abuse is soul-destroying. It strips you of your confidence, your joy for life, your friends, family, home, job and worst of all your identity - leaving you feeling extremely confused, empty, lost and alone.
After experiencing a life-time of manipulative, controlling and abusive relationships, I decided back in 2021 that enough was enough, something had to change, and after months and months of trawling the internet trying to understand what happened, night after night in FB Groups talking to others in the same situation, and tens of thousands of pounds appointing mentors, coaches, attending healing workshops and buying various online programmes, I soon realised that it was all too much and leaving me more and more confused rather than giving me the tools and clarity to truly change my life and truly help me heal and move on.
My platform She Sparkles is a beautiful online home right now, one that I would love to create in real life in the future, helping you to not only break the abusive cycles and patterns but to truly learn to live your best, most authentic, beautiful life.
As a fully accredited and certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach working with Positive Psychology, I would be honoured to help you. During our time together we will lovingly and gently take you on a truly life-changing, transformational journey, breaking down the soul-destroying ever-repeating patterns and behaviours that have been keeping you stuck, removing you from the toxic behaviours that have been causing you pain, and introducing life-changing strategies and a beautiful tool box of workbooks, exercises and experiences to truly help you heal and move on.

Training, qualifications & experience
Each session and client I work with is tailor-made to where you are in your life, and your particular needs. I work with ladies on a 1:1 basis, in person and on-line, hold FREE MONTHLY IN-PERSON 'MEET-UP'S' in my home, weekly on-line live coaching calls, and have created a beautifully empowering 12-steps to Freedom programme, if you would prefer a combination of an in-person and self-study programme to work through at your own pace.
