About me

As someone who has overcome seemingly impossible transitions in my own personal and professional lives, I know what it feels like to feel disempowered, trapped by my own limiting beliefs, and lacking confidence in my abilities. I also know how it feels to surpass my own self-imposed boundaries, learn from experience and grow.

I believe that my experiences give me a unique perspective when working with others who are struggling. I also believe that as humans we have an instinctive and often untapped capacity for resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity.  My passion is helping others to find that resilience, by helping them to see, and to let go of unhelpful patterns of behaviour so that they can move forward with a clearer sense of purpose.

I work with aspiring leaders, professionals and individuals from diverse backgrounds, to help them explore their toughest challenges in a safe, confidential and nurturing space. I use a positive psychology and neuroscientific approach to deliver leadership, resilience and career transition coaching, which helps to:

1. Enable others to identify and work with helpful and unhelpful patterns of behaviour

2. Utilise strengths to unlock performance barriers and accelerate their development

3. Keep individuals focused on the path of possibility and deliver real and measurable results

What can we work on together to get you closer to achieving your deepest aspirations?

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
