About me
Hi, I'm Sasha.
You may have landed here because you're exhausted by things never quite fitting together as they should. Maybe you're unsatisfied with your life, finding it boring, or overwhelming. Perhaps you don't feel as though you are living authentically, or don't know who you are at all.
Feelings like this can be profoundly lonely - when you know there is more to life, and more that you have inside, but don't know how to grasp or show it. For some of us, the opposite is true. You may know exactly what you want out of life, but don't know how to access it, due to the quiet, but consistent voice of society telling you that certain things aren't made for you.
For me, as a neurodivergent, queer, fat person, who grew up working class, it's been vital that I click with coaches and therapists who have supported me over the years, so that I feel accepted. If you resonate with my own descriptors, it's likely that the same is true for you, and that we will be a good match. To ensure this is the case, you can arrange a free consultation call with me before committing to regular sessions.
As a Transformational Wellbeing Coach, I won't be focussing too heavily on your past experiences, or questioning why things are the way that they are, as our focus will be identifying what you want to achieve, and working together to get there. This isn't because your past isn't important - in fact, the opposite is true. You are a complex and impressive person, largely thanks to everything that you have gone through to get to where you are today. When you work with me, I will get to know who you are now. I will truly see you, accept you, and together we will move forwards, rather than unpicking what is already behind you.
A lot of my clients are neurodivergent, or at least suspect they are. Generally speaking, people socialised as women are less likely to have been diagnosed, due to their higher levels of masking, people pleasing, and overachieving. If Tiktok has made you think you might be autistic/ have ADHD, or/and you are struggling with mysterious symptoms of chronic illness such as fatigue, below average immune system, IBS, hair loss, eczema, etc let's talk - I see you, and I can support you.
My clients often come to me: lacking in confidence, having complex relationships with their family, friends, and/or partner(s), are struggling with mental and physical discomfort, or feel misunderstood and/or let down.
The one thing that all my clients have in common, however, is that they don't realise how brilliant they are. My speciality is helping you to realise that everything that you thought was fundamentally wrong with you, and everything that has been holding you back so far, can be a strength. And believe me, you (yes, even you) are capable of learning to celebrate it, harness it, and use it to propel yourself forwards.
Finally, I want to leave you with this: everyone has something that makes them shine. Together, we can find it, and make you glow again.
I welcome people from all walks of life, all cultures, all belief systems, all genders, and anybody from the LGBTQIA+ community. I do my best to ensure my practice is as inclusive as possible, so if you have particular accessibility needs, please let me know and we can make it work.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been a fully qualified coach for 2 years, and prior to this I worked in the Social Justice sector, where a large part of my role was supporting people into employment who had experienced complex instability such as trauma, poverty, addiction, and mental health issues.
My work in this area means that I understand the connection between personal well-being and the broader systems we are a part of.
A priority for me is consistently improving my awareness and education around intersectional topics, ensuring my understanding of how it plays out in society and impacts us is constantly evolving.

Some testimonies from past clients:
- “Coaching allowed me to really explore and articulate my thoughts and feelings in several areas of my life. It helped me cut through all the mental noise of what I thought were the issues, in order to identify the nub of them.”
- “I felt empowered to deal with issues and people that were making me unhappy or blocking my growth. Regular sessions also provided the accountability I needed to do the necessary work.”
- “Sasha, my coach, was excellent and very skilful throughout our sessions, always there to metaphorically hold my hand through the sometimes scary changes I was making, and was always kind and empathetic. At every session, it was like I gave her a jumble of jigsaw pieces, and she was always able to make them into a clear picture for me.”
- “I would highly recommend Sasha as a coach - she makes the process enjoyable, allowing you to explore and tackle issues in a safe space while gently nudging you towards the changes required.”
