Sarah Templeton. Headstuff Therapy. ADHD Specialists. MBACP. MAC
If you are reading this, chances are either you, or someone in your family, either has ADHD or is suspected of having ADHD. So firstly, this is just to assure you, you are in the right place!
I am Sarah and I am ADHD. Unfortunately nobody - including me - knew that till I was the grand old age of 51! So I had five decades of first hand knowledge dealing with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder before I even knew it had a name. This blew me away. Suddenly my whole life made sense. This is why I thought differently to other people! This is why I pushed boundaries! This is why my I got bored so quickly! I could go on...but suffice to say, reading the list of main ADHD traits was like reading my life story.
By this time, I was already a fully qualified Life Coach, Counsellor and CBT Therapist with over 20 years experience in the helping professions. I had started out mentoring the homeless and ex-offenders in London and gone on to volunteer/work for some of the leaders in the charity field including Crisis (where I was a Services Manager), The Big Issue, The London Connection and The Princes Trust.
Now I knew I was ADHD though, I had to specialise in this field. No therapist can possibly understand what an ADHD child, teenager or adult goes through like someone else with ADHD. Its just not possible to understand the intricacies of the ADHD brain unless you have one.
I have since gone on to work solely with ADHD clients ranging in age from 14 to 50's.
I combine counselling, life coaching and CBT - but you probably won't notice that - as I use whatever therapy tools are required in each individual persons case. So no need to decide in advance whether its counselling or coaching or CBT you need!
I have two bright, modern lovely therapy rooms in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire but also work with ADHD clients nationally and internationally, via telephone, facetime, messenger, Whatsapp and Skype.

I really look forward to helping you or your family member/friend.
They say ADHD is both a super-power and a curse. Together we can harness and enhance the super-power and reduce the negative aspects. I absolutely love helping people, especially those with ADHD. So don't hesitate to contact me if you think I can help.
