About me
I’m a Business and Personal coach for busy business owners looking for help in their business or in life as a business owner.
I understand it can be lonely and isolating as a business owner, even with friends and family around you, therefore it is essential to seek advice and guidance from someone who has experienced it first-hand.
I have over 25 years’ experience in working alongside, coaching and mentoring business owners who are looking to get their spark, passion, enthusiasm and motivation back. Over the years I have also gained experience at owning and growing a business whilst juggling the tribulations that we encounter – I can help you do the same.
Not only can I help you build your confidence and work with you through any issues you may face but I bring a wealth of business experience to point your business is the right direction and give it a boost.
My coaching is uniquely based around YOU. And it isn’t always about your business. Often business owners have many other things to deal with at the same time as keeping the wheels of your business running. I integrate all of these factors into our coaching together to arm you with the necessary tools and beliefs to make you even more awesome.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

This is your opportunity to share which areas of your business you need help with the most and also to find out what I can do for you. If we decide to work together, I will create a Business Coaching package and schedule just for you.
Pricing varies upon what is required, this will be determined during our initial call. Payments are made monthly until your business coaching schedule completes.
