About me

I'm a transformational life coach and creative producer in the arts.

I coach mostly women who are looking to be more authentic, be able to say no (& yes) more often to gain more control of their time and the direction of travel.

Coaching with me will fire you up to achieve your goals and dreams.  I will hold you accountable, support you and give you energy and inspiration.

I love being coached and, over the last year coaching has played a significant role in greatly increasing my income, helped me lose two and a half stone and have a better balance in life.  It's a priviledge to give back and support others to break down the barriers and rewrite those unhelpful stories we tell ourselves.

I have a background in theatre and was the Artistic Director of an award winning young people's theatre in Glasgow for 13 years.

More recently I founded and run two small social enterprises also in the arts which I continue to run alongside my coaching practice.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
