I'm a transformational life coach and creative producer, mostly in the participatory arts.
I coach busy people who are looking to be more authentic, be able to say no (& yes) more often to gain more control of their time and the direction of travel.
Coaching with me will fire you up to achieve your goals and dreams. I will hold you accountable, support you and give you energy and inspiration.
I love being coached and, over the last year has doubled my income, helped me lose two stone and have a better balance in life. It's a priviledge to give back and support others to break down the barriers and rewrite those unhelpful stories we tell ourselves.
I have a background in theatre and was the Artistic Director of an award winning young people's theatre in Glasgow for 13 years.
More recently I founded and run two small social enterprises also in the arts which I continue to run alongside my coaching practice.
