As an Executive Career & Life Coach, I run my own coaching practice called STRIDE Coaching & Consulting.
STRIDE is fundamentally about people not business. I believe businesses and individual lives start to flourish when people are energised and able to operate at their best. I aspire to help people become the best they can be, to feel happy, confident and alive at work and at home for the long term. I work with clients to draw on their strengths, as well as their skills and experiences, to achieve their goals. I help individuals to STRIDE forwards in their lives with confidence, courage and conviction.
I love to work with professional men and women who want to invest in their personal and professional growth, are looking for clarity of purpose, to uncover what's possible, make conscious choices and take the action required to make a change that will stick. I am a wife and mother of two, and find many of my clients are working parents too, trying to find a balance in life that works for them.
My coaching approach combines my business change expertise gained from a decade working in the corporate sector, natural coaching style and ability to understand others in a powerful way. I believe in the power of being heard, having the time and space to talk about your life in a completely non-judgemental setting. I am a very active listener, intuitive and challenge constructively in a supportive and encouraging way.
I also enjoy working with teams who are looking for ways to build on their strengths to become high performing teams confident of delivering their goals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I originally trained with the world renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Co-Active Coach, and have since completed my Professional Certificate in Coaching (PCiC) from Henley Business School, become a Master Strengthscope Practitioner, and an accredited MBTI practitioner and Team Management Systems Practitioner.
As a member of the Association of Coaching, I am committed to investing in my continuous professional development as a coach, a role I love and enjoy!
Areas of coaching I deal with
I provide a number of different packages tailored to individual needs based on a basic package of £200 for up to 2hrs of coaching a month. Please get in touch for further information.
Please email me if you'd like to find out more or want to book a convenient time to talk on the phone.
We can arrange a time for a free chemistry session where I can walk you through the coaching process and give you an idea of what to expect. We can discuss what's currently on your mind and what you'd like to get out of coaching, and most importantly decide whether or not we're a good fit for each other! Having good rapport with your coach is so important and I want you to feel completely comfortable with everything before we begin.
If you're happy to continue we'll then set a time for your first coaching session, agree logistics and frequency of the first few sessions, establish some coaching goals and get started! The coaching relationship lasts for as long as it needs to. For some it's a couple of sessions, for others its many more. Some take a pause for a few months to embed their learning and then come back for more. It's entirely up to you! On average you can expect a coaching programme to last for about 6 sessions (1 session = 1hr).
