The mind is the most powerful tool that humans possess. I have studied psychology more than the average and worked with clients for two decades observing the power of the human brain as a Consultant Psychologist and I firmly believe that mindset is everything.
I always aim to make coaching a fun, positive, insightful and dynamic experience where my clients come away feeling good and empowered! I bring a high degree of clinical expertise, compassion and a calming presence, to support and challenge, ultimately this enables clients to achieve their goals and transform.
MINDSET COACHING: I enjoy working with individual's to unblock the barriers or obstacles in their mindset which stop them moving forwards in their life...whether that's related to their limiting beliefs/past experiences/lack of self-confidence or fears. Everyone has blind spots and blockers in their life journey and this is one of the areas that I shine a light on so that we can work towards your goal. I also use a range of coaching models and tools, as wel as cognitive behavioural approaches. The pandemic has really highlighted areas of struggle for many people, acknowledging the issue is the first step for self-development.
MEDITATION COACHING: I am an enthused meditation practitioner, I believe it to be an essential (especially during lockdowns) and radical tool in this modern day digital world. There are so many different meditation practices like mindfulness, guided meditation or mantra-based. I am trained in Mindulness and have learnt from the best meditation teacher in the world, Deepak Chopra MD, based in the US, using Primordial Sound Meditation. In addition, I offer spiritual coaching, for those that want to connect to their true, authentic, higher self and/or would like to understand their life purpose and meaning.
With both of these (mindset and meditation) approaches, I am currently supporting people during lockdown to stay sane, resilient, cultivate gratitude and optimism; practice wellfullness approaches, especially when it comes to working from home, or being isolated.
Lastly, I am also speaker and carry out workshops for organisations on topics such as positive psychology approaches, staying energised during challenging times, well-being, confidence, the power of meditation and resilience.
I have been lucky enough to have gathered experience spanning from private corporate sectors to charity organisations both in the UK and globally. I work with elite atheletes for national sports team, senior leaders at city banks, management consultants, medics, lawyers, creatives and students all to name a few! And these are just some of the areas that I coach in:
Resolving career-related issues, helping you deal with challenges at work, role transitions, work promotions/reviews, managing stress and interpersonal relationships in the workplace, as well as grievances or bullying in the workplace;
Manage anxiety/worries, create more inner calm, become more resilient;
Dealing with the practical challenges of juggling work/life balance especially with COVID;
Dealing more effectively with personal issues (such as relationship or family situations) helping you to develop greater self-confidence, better communication and clarity;
Increasing levels of self-esteem and confidence in who you are & what you do;
Finding a life partner or a career you'd like to have;
Expanding your social circle and developing a greater sense of adventure;
Building a more positive and stronger sense of identity, enabling you to be comfortable with the person you are;
Developing a stronger sense of resilience;
Live a more meaningful, purposeful and fulfilled life.

Training, qualifications & experience
I've achieved an accredited Life Coaching Diploma and Coach practitioner (EMCC) Executive Coaching qualification for TPC as well as a Professional Doctorate in Psychology.
I graduated from the University of Southampton, where I gained my undergrad in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, BSc, a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy, PGDip and a Masters in Health Psychology, MSc.
I further gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Royal Holloway University.
I'm carry out workshops on Staying Energised During Challenging Times (COVID), Resilience, Seasonal Affective Disorder, and Well-Being for Corporate Companies. I'm also a Visiting Lecturer specialising in cognitive coaching, applied positive psychology and confidence.
I continue to attend training, workshops and professional development in latest research and techniques.

Areas of coaching I deal with
I offer one-to-one online coaching sessions or over the phone.
Different types of Sessions:
I offer a single "power" coachings session for a particular issue of 90 mins or packages of 3 or 6 months at varying price ranges, so you decide how much you'd like to invest.
I also offer meditation courses and specific training on how to meditate using different types of methods.
