Sarah Hardman - Leadership & Career Coach
**UPDATE. In the sort of challenging circumstances we are in at the moment coaching can be really useful in helping you to tap into your natural resourcefulness and maintain a focus on the things that are (rather than aren’t) within your control. My coaching offer can be adapted to your needs whatever they may be - to help you navigate these uncharted waters.
Are you at a mid-career or mid-life crossroads or thinking about what you want for the latter part of your career?
• Perhaps feeling disconnected with the work that you do or struggling to find motivation for it?
• Wanting to do something different but don’t really know where to start – feeling a bit stuck, frustrated or confused
• Maybe you’ve started to look at new career possibilities but struggle to maintain momentum with following through on any actions – life takes over...
Career Change Coaching
Boldly-Go Career Change Coaching is for experienced professionals who are at a mid-life or career crossroads and who are re-evaluating what they want from their careers and who want to partner with a coach to enable them to reconnect them with their strengths, talents and motivations - and to find (or reignite) their professional “mojo”.
Some clients already know that they are ready to make a change whilst others simply want to explore the options or make positive changes in their careers.
I also work with professionals who are in the latter part of their career who are considering what it is they want for the final furlong of their working lives.
Do feel like you are surviving rather than thriving in a continually changing, increasingly complex business world?
Leadership Coaching (for work, for life)
Tailoring my approach to the individual’s way of thinking, I work with senior executives to capitalise on their strengths and convictions so that they can lead confidently and thrive in challenging roles.
What lights me up is working with people to enable them to tap into their natural resourcefulness and resilience so that they bring the best of themselves both into their work and their lives. I believe that leadership starts from within – we are all leaders in our own lives (whether we hold a “leadership” role or not) and so that’s where the work begins.
Here's what people have said about working with me.
"Without Sarah I honestly don’t think I would have had the confidence to secure a new role; her support, tools and guidance in how to deal with my anxiety and doubts about joining a new employer in a more senior role have been fantastic". HR Lead
"As a coach, Sarah has the ability to unlock new perspectives and help you significantly grow in a short space of time. When I started the coaching I wasn’t clear on my career goals or how I wanted to shift my leadership style. Now I have a clear sense of purpose and a vision for the future. On a personal level, this has meant I’m happier and my wellbeing has improved. For my business, it means I’m able to lead more effectively, in a much more authentic and human way". Head of Strategy
Clients also tell me that...
I’m approachable and upbeat, work creatively and intuitively, balancing a sense of fun with positive challenge whilst creating a supportive and encouraging environment which brings out the best in people.
How Boldly-Go Career Coaching works
A Career Coaching programme typically comprises 12 sessions. The first session – the “Discovery session” is 2 hours with subsequent sessions being one hour. Sessions take place around every 3 weeks spread over a 4 - 5 month period to maintain momentum, maximise accountability and support action.
Programme packages can be adapted to suit client circumstances and requirements with longer/shorter sessions available as per requirements. We use Strengths Profiler as an integral part of the programme with the option to use and Clarity 4D Personality preference tool.
Sessions take place in mutually convenient central London locations as well as in Oxted, Surrey and surrounding areas. Where people live further afield coaching sessions can also take place over the phone or via Skype or Zoom as appropriate.
