Career Change Coaching
Boldly-Go Career Change Coaching is for experienced professionals who are at a mid-life or career crossroads and who are re-evaluating what they want from their careers and who want to partner with a coach to enable them to reconnect them with their strengths, talents and motivations - and to find (or reignite) their professional “mojo”.
Some clients already know that they are ready to make a change whilst others simply want to explore the options or make positive changes in their careers.
I also work with professionals who are in the latter part of their career who are considering what it is they want for the final furlong of their working lives.

Tailoring my approach to the individual’s way of thinking, I work with senior executives to capitalise on their strengths and convictions so that they can lead confidently and thrive in challenging roles.
What lights me up is working with people to enable them to tap into their natural resourcefulness and resilience so that they bring the best of themselves both into their work and their lives. I believe that leadership starts from within – we are all leaders in our own lives (whether we hold a “leadership” role or not) and so that’s where the work begins.

How Boldly-Go Career Coaching works
A Career Coaching programme typically comprises 12 sessions. The first session – the “Discovery session” is 2 hours with subsequent sessions being one hour. Sessions take place around every 3 weeks spread over a 4 - 5 month period to maintain momentum, maximise accountability and support action.
Programme packages can be adapted to suit client circumstances and requirements with longer/shorter sessions available as per requirements. We use Strengths Profiler as an integral part of the programme with the option to use and Clarity 4D Personality preference tool.
Sessions take place in mutually convenient central London locations as well as in Oxted, Surrey and surrounding areas. Where people live further afield coaching sessions can also take place over the phone or via Skype or Zoom as appropriate.
How Boldly-Go Leadership Coaching works
As well as working with corporate clients I work with a number of private clients. A personal Leadership Coaching programme typically comprises 9 sessions and are adapted to suit client circumstances and requirements with longer/shorter sessions available as per requirements. As with Career coaching we use Strengths Profiler, Leadership Circle as Clarity 4D Personality preference tool as appropriate.

With 10 years of coaching experience (and 12 years in marketing at a senior level) under my belt I work with clients across a wide range of sectors including culture and heritage, publishing, digital media, education and professional services.
UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
