“The thing that really appealed to me about Sarah, compared to the other coaches I spoke to, was how effortless it was to feel comfortable with her. My confidence has increased and I trust my own intuition…I now listen to myself as a leader and recognise I have had the answers all along.”

“Sarah’s coaching abilities are absolutely outstanding”
Dr Mark Kilgallon, Director at POLICING MATTERS; Honorary Professor: Nottingham Trent University

“Sarah helped me embark on a great journey of my own transformation. Through her creative and unique programme I went from feeling small and fearful to a much confident and wiser person. I discovered my own potential and the person I wanted to be. Sometimes it’s difficult to invest money in something where the outcome is not visible beforehand. Initially I was doubtful though fortunately I made the right decision. Now I see clearly that it was one of the best personal investments I have made. It’s an investment for life.”

The foundational tool you will start with is The Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment (ELI) to clarify the missing link between your ambitions and your ability to achieve them. It’s life changing.

This evidence-based tool provides a unique lens on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, two key ingredients for any leader.

The ELI is very different to a personality test. It is the only research-backed attitudinal assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way you view the world, and turns it into something tangible – a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified and ICF accredited Energy Leadership Coach and ELI-MP.

You will also identify your top 5 themes through the CliftonStrengthsFinder and identify how to transform them from raw talents into productive strengths.

Both these evidence-based assessments are rated in the top 3 out of 11 Assessments for Executives by Forbes.

Further information

Elise, Senior Consultant, International Development - Londoner
“I had never seen coaching as something that I necessarily needed – the problem, I thought, was with my job. I have the dream job that I had always worked towards and I put in place many coping strategies for dealing with long hours and extensive travelling as well as the limited work/life balance. Much of the coping centred around blaming others when I did not have control over a situation. I started getting quite unmotivated and angered by life in general and realised that it was probably a sign that the coping strategies were not working. I started looking for a longer-term solution to the pit of fear that settled in my stomach when I thought about work on a Sunday evening.

The thing that really appealed to me about Sarah, compared to the other coaches I spoke to, was how effortless it was to feel comfortable with her – I am a natural introvert and not speaking in person always makes me nervous about people. Also, given the lack of control that I felt in my life, I realised that a big element of what I wanted to learn was how to lead myself and others in a more positive way.

The reason that Sarah’s coaching is working for me, is because:
1. She follows a structured, but not rigid, course– having a framework against which I can measure myself as a leader, my progress towards this and understanding principles is how I learn best, so this was immediately appealing and has proven a great way for me to learn how to use my positive and negative energy to my advantage.

2. She has made this a process – The beauty of coaching with Sarah is her ability to ask questions in a way that helps me to make realisations about myself. This is so powerful as it helped me recognise how important listening to my own thoughts and feelings is and that I have had the answers all along.

3. She has helped me rediscover self-care – I agreed in my contract with Sarah to set hours of self-work per week. This has been great as it helps me to carve out time to think about what has gone right, what could be improved and what it is that I really want to work on. Using activities such as creating mood boards and collages has been a great way to reframe how I think and what I think about.

4. She encourages contact outside of sessions – Sarah keeps an open communication channel to have a chat or feedback on things specific events that I am working up to. This is so useful, especially in these early days, as it has helped me to get back on track to thinking positively and constructively around certain issues.

This process has helped me to realise the power of my emotions and how they are telling me something as opposed to something to just feel! My negative emotions always seemed to heavy while the positive ones were so fleeting. I have really started to listen to these feelings and recognise that them as positive and negative energies. It has taught me to listen to myself as a leader.

More specifically the coaching has made me stop and think about my messaging – written, spoken, facial – what am I trying to communicate and how can this communication be utilised to find an opportunity for better collaboration. It has given me a useful framework and a regimen for recognising my success as a creative leader and my own intrinsic value as well as looking to the future and remembering what my goals are.

I feel a sense of calm, purpose and importantly control, in the role I have as a leader at work and in my personal life – quite a change from 3 months ago.”

“After more than 20 years of Corporate life I’m now starting a small business in a foreign country. Sarah’s support and inspiration is one of the great assets that helps me be successful and feel confident going through this change. She is a brave, curious, sharp and really caring coach – her coaching style is uniquely her. She challenges and inspires, discovers and validates and every session with Sarah is a real adventure"

Julia - Entrepreneur - Londoner
"Sarah is an extremely talented and gifted coach. What sets her apart from other coaches is her ability to meet you exactly where you are at, encouraging and inspiring you to grow from there."

Elizabeth - Corporate Finance Consultant & Entrepreneur - Londoner
Coaching with Sarah was beyond my expectations. It's obvious that she is doing more than just coaching - she is drawing on so much more experience and knowledge. I felt completely at ease throwing stuff out, trusting that she would catch it and know what to do with it. Excellent value."

Tori - Corporate Finance & Singer-Song Writer - British national relocated to Australia.
"Sarah has an innate ability to drill down to the exact nature of the blockage with such gentleness and humour, so the process was highly insightful without being confronting. I was skeptical about using art to shift the creative blockages I’d carried since childhood, but I underestimated the power of the process and the subtle shifts it brought about.  Finally I can accept myself as a creative and artistic person in my own right thanks to Sarah's sharp insights and innate ability to hold the space, which allowed me to tap into the hidden and vulnerable parts of myself while feeling completely safe and supported. I’m immensely grateful."

Naomi, Entrepreneur (ex-Corprate Finance). Londoner.
“I have been continually surprised by Sarah! The 5 months I worked with Sarah, I was astounded at how much my life changed and expanded professionally and personally. My surprise is that within weeks of my first session, change was already happening and very quickly. Her approach to coaching is refreshing and all encompassing of humanity and our connection with others. I feel like our sessions together are still propelling me forwards and many of the goals I set with her are beginning to be realised in very full ways - I'm looking forward to another 5 months of further radical change!”
