I’m Sandra, a Life, Business, and NLP Practitioner, with over 30 years of experience in corporate management, leadership development, and coaching. I specialize in helping individuals and business owners achieve their goals while rediscovering their passion and purpose. Through actionable strategies, accountability, and tailored support, I empower you to take control of your life and business.

When we start out in life we start the journey thinking we know what we want and then often some of us get trapped into a life of working to earn money and meet our obligations and responsibilities as parents and never think about our own individual needs to live a life with true purpose and passion.

You are always in control and have a responsibility to yourself to be open and honest and trust the process whilst being responsible to make me aware of anything that is not working for you.
