Are you ready to rediscover your true purpose and passion towards a meaningful and connected life of balance and fulfilment, whether that be a career change, promotion, building a new business idea or simply getting back into work? I’m Sandra, a Life/Business/NLP Practitioner who will raise your awareness and empower you to take control of your life through Action Planning, Accountability sessions whilst developing your Confidence, Self-Worth and Motivation to create your best life.
When we start out in life we start the journey thinking we know what we want and then often some of us get trapped into a life of working to earn money and meet our obligations and responsibilities as parents and never think about our own individual needs to live a life with true purpose and passion.
If you're stuck trying to find your sense of identity, thinking about your next career move or next move in life, I can help you focus, identify your true passion, your values, what you want and don’t want any more in your life and help you find out what is truly meaningful to you to help you move forward.
I love the coaching philosophy as it enables you to rediscover yourself; to increase your individual awareness level of who you are, what you value, what your strengths are and what your key drivers are enabling you to work towards making you feel proud to live a truly fulfilled life.
As your coach, I trust all the answers are within you. We will work together, giving you the time and space to explore your thoughts and aspirations. I will be there to sensitively challenge you at times through powerful questioning and listening techniques.
The process can go as fast or as slow as you desire; always working on your agenda, so it’s important that we both understand our part in assisting you to move forward each and every session to a successful conclusion, hence the need to challenge and make you accountable at times. You are always in control and have a responsibility to yourself to be open and honest and trust the process whilst being responsible to make me aware of anything that is not working for you.

I offer a no-obligation discovery call at which time we can discuss the compatibility of working together.
Prior to your first session I will ask you to complete an introductory questionnaire to help both parties focus on meeting your needs in a well- timed structured way.
My hourly rate is £75.00 per hourly session reviewed annually.
Pre-paid Packages are available costing £210 for 3 x 60 mins sessions or £390 for 6 x 60 mins sessions, both booked and paid for in advance.
Sessions can be booked virtually through Zoom, Skype (Audio or Video) or by Telephone.
When I work
