My coaching is intuitive, science-based, solution-focused, results-driven, and fast working. I help people transform relationships, find 'the one', resolve anxiety, build confidence, gain clarity and achieve life goals.
I help the majority of my clients to resolve long standing, chronic issues and achieve their coaching and life goals, in usually just 2-6 coaching sessions, goals they would ordinarily achieve after a lengthier counselling programme.
My clients have proved time and time again that changing even the most long-standing and/or chronic problems can take relatively little time with the right approach. I also share my unique approach through delivering keynote speeches and training workshops for large organisations and schools.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
