About me

Hi, I'm Sal, a seasoned Life Coach with over 14 years of experience and a background in psychology.

Effecting change in our lives often demands that we step beyond the boundaries of our comfort zone, a task that can prove daunting without guidance and support.

In my role as your personal life coach, I offer assistance in goal setting and the identification of long-standing obstacles that may have hindered your progress for years.

Concealed behind many roadblocks to success lie negative core beliefs, often lurking beneath our awareness.

By providing a secure and nurturing space for you to explore this belief system, tangible and positive transformations can be achieved. I specialize in helping you combat the negative inner dialogue that frequently sabotages our solo efforts toward achieving our goals. Instead of being overwhelmed by the prospect of change, you can find motivation to take decisive action.

Please check out my website for more information. Book today at to make a direct reservation.

Feeling stagnant? Seeking a new path in life? Struggling with a life that lacks joy? These are challenges I assist clients with daily. We all encounter uncomfortable aspects of life that we wish to change but may not know where to begin.

I can guide you in navigating the complex realms of high expectations, stress, and challenging relationships.

I offer Zoom and face-to-face meetings for sessions. There are no long-term contracts, and the initial introductory session is complimentary.

Why not reach out today to schedule your entirely free introductory life coaching session?

The sessions cost £70 and last for 90 minutes.

Clients often find 8-12 sessions most beneficial.

Session frequency is generally weekly or fortnightly but is adaptable to suit your preferences.

Payments are made on a per-session basis.

Life Coaching Sessions Can Take Place Via Zoom, face-to-face or by phone. For further information regarding at-home or work-based visits please enquire.

Sometimes, life events can unexpectedly disrupt our progress. Most clients have found solace in having my support during such times. However, financial or time constraints may prevent you from continuing your life coaching journey. In such cases, please rest assured that I will support your decision to pause or discontinue life coaching. Your best interests will always be my main priority.

Training, qualifications & experience

During my twenties, I ran a successful catering business including a Wine Bar and Restaurant. After training as a counsellor, I then went on to complete an OU degree in Psychology.

My professional background includes a BA in Education and Cognitive Development, Diplomas in Health & Social Care, Business Management, Complementary Therapy, Business Coaching, Lifestyle Coaching. Professional work includes nursing in casualty working with acute pain medicine, as well as community-related experience, such as supporting young people in a school setting.

The experience of working in a wide variety of professional settings, together with educational and personal research has given me a great insight into how people can overcome difficult circumstances and achieve magnificent results.

I have worked closely with high-achievers in the music and business world, as well as people "on the edge". Although well-qualified, clients have in fact taught me my most valuable lessons. This journey and my own colourful life have brought me to a unique understanding of how to best help others like yourself. It would be a great honour for us to take this journey together. If you are fully committed to lasting change then you will have 100% of my experience, skill, care and enthusiasm throughout your life coaching journey. So if you're ready for change and to reconnect with the joy in your life then call me on 07769187639.

A Note on Confidentiality
The relationship between the coaching client and the coach is fully confidential. I will treat all the information which you share with me as completely private. Being fully compliant with the Data Protection Act I will never share information unless legally bound to do so. (In such cases of harm to yourself or others).

I fully recognize that I am in a position of trust to have such access to your personal life details, I will honour this. In the past, I have worked with some high profile clients and always acknowledge theirs and every person’s anonymity. I do ask the clients for permission to write handwritten notes, this is a form of “aid memoir” and aids the coaching process. However, these notes are your notes. Therefore after the coaching journey has been completed the notes are handed back to you the client or are destroyed.

To provide my clients with extra security when working in their home or office setting I do have a fully up to date DBS check to show that I have the highest police clearance. A copy of this can be seen on request.
