About me

I'm passionate about supporting women to embrace new horizons. I inspire women to open doors to a confident personal perspective by empowering them to:

  • clearly see their value
  • believe in themselves
  • have the confidence to achieve positive change
  • feel fulfilled by honouring their passion and live a purpose driven life.

Do you feel that you’re drifting through life? You don’t know what you want next but know it’s not where you’re currently at. Or maybe you know what your passion and purpose is, but you lack the self-belief to make that change.

If you want to feel good about getting up in the morning because you’ve got a focus that resonates with you, then I can help you make the change that will put that passion and fulfilment into your day.

  • I’ll work with you to pinpoint what really does matter to you
  • Bring clarity to your goals.
  • Boost your power by honing in on your strengths and talents
  • Empower you to transform your mindset into a can do rather than a can’t do perspective.
  • Help you to build your confidence and self-belief and to see your own value.
  • Support you to get motivated to take positive action rather than just thinking about it.

If you want to look back on your life and know you've lived your best life, get in touch for an initial free Discovery Call, and make the first positive move towards reaching that goal.

What are some of Ruth's clients saying:

After each session, without exception I felt more clarity and confidence about taking my next step as Ruth really helped to put things in perspective. Especially situations that produced panic and fear in me! The outcome of these sessions increased my confidence and enabled me to make more informed decisions and face up to things I had previously been avoiding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruth to friends, colleagues or acquaintances as she is a brilliant communicator, very professional yet so friendly and approachable. SR, Neath

Thanks Ruth. You have helped me cut through the fog! I contacted Ruth at a cross roads in my life. I was coming out of a very difficult period at work and looking to move away from London to forge a happier, better balanced family life. Ruth helped me by challenging my thoughts and helping me focus on what was important for me.  PR, London

I would thoroughly recommend Ruth as a life coach and found my sessions with her to be extremely rewarding. Ruth is great at helping you to analyse your life and career goals and then at working with you to prioritise your goals and helping you to set sensible timeframes for achieving them. As well as being a really good listener, I found Ruth supportive at all times and great at keeping me focused on the goals I had set. It was definitely time and money well spent. RL, Monmouth
