About me

“Imagine your very being, as your own home. The house you can picture in your mind’s eye is who you are. The house structure may be solid, it may need a lick of paint, or may need extensive structural renovation to ensure the foundations are solid. Parts of it may need to be completely remodelled”

This quote is part of my coaching manifesto. My absolute mission as your coach is to support you to unpack the parts you feel are important and support you to revamp, remodel, or rebuild. There are lots of reasons why you might be feeling stuck and need coaching to move forward. This could be due to low self-esteem, a lack of confidence, or needing some personal or career development focus, whatever the reason, coaching can be the golden key to unlocking your dream metaphorical home.

I will help you

  • Get clear on why you are stuck, where do you want to be and know how you will get there
  • Build your practical tools and strategies to boost your mental wellbeing, resilience, motivation and energy
  • Step into a safe place to explore how feelings, emotions and behaviours are blocking you from thriving
