About me

I'm an experienced High Performance and Leadership Coach, and Business Consultant using a solution-focused approach to helping you to gain greater clarity about your motivations, aims and actions, see what has been holding you back from getting to your next level, and any limitations and blind spots that you have not been aware of!

Perhaps your 9 to 5 has become more of a 9 to late, because you just want to get one more thing done. On top of this, everyone is looking to you for the answers to solve their problems. Your peers are so focused on their own issues that they fail to realise the impact that their decisions are having on your area; the frustration of relying on temporary fixes because decisions aren’t being made quick enough is increasing. Maybe you are living up to your job title so well that nobody can see your human side, and how much you care about what happens to people around you.

However, what you want is to reclaim time and be a more effective leader; one who feels that you are making an impact, and have the right support when you need it to get the job done!

Imagine at the beginning of each week you get up looking forward to the days ahead. You work on projects that enable you to make a difference, and you feel a renewed sense of purpose. You know that you will be able to cope no matter may come your way, and you have the support of your team. Even if something major happens, you are not fazed, because you know that you have the tools to get the job done. When you end your day you feel a sense of accomplishment, and can see how you are enabling others to feel the same way too.

To thrive in this changing economic climate you MUST embrace current #leadership principles. Furthermore, leaders who get the best results know how to engage their teams and work towards a shared goal.

Being a leader today is so much more than telling people what to do and expecting them to get on and do it. It requires a willingness to listen, learn and be an effective leader who has the tools to develop future leaders.
