About me

I work with people who are at transition points in their lives or careers - for example changing jobs, returning to work after a career break, taking on a new role, handling redundancy, becoming self-employed, balancing work and life.

I also work with people who are struggling with procrastination or who are dissatisfied with how things are and know they want things to be different but aren't sure where to start.

I will help you figure out what you want, what's getting in your way of having it, and how you can make it happen. I will help you figure out how you want to show up in a new work situation and be the person you want to be.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, which is accredited by both the Association of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation

I have worked in HR for over 20 years, and have been freelance since 2011. I have mainly worked in the Organisational Development side of HR, working with companies and managers to help unlock the potential of their employees, help them flourish and grow and be the best they can be.

In addition to HR consultancy and coaching, I also write and deliver training for managers - to help them be better managers!

I offer a complimentary initial meeting/call for us to discover if we think we would work well together and if I am the right coach for you and what you want to work on.

If we decide to work together, I typically work with clients in blocks of 6 sessions. My fee is £750 for 6 sessions or £400 for 3 sessions. Our sessions can be face to face or via Zoom, whichever is more convenient. Sessions are usually 1 to 4 weeks apart - we'll find a rhythm that works for you and the speed you wish to go.

Further information

I can offer sessions during the day or evenings. Our sessions can be face to face, either at my home (in Cambridge), your home or at a mutually agreed location; or via Zoom (an online tool similar to Skype where we can see and hear each other - don't worry, you don't need an account, I can send you a link to click on and away we go :-) )
