Once the map is in place, our relationship does not end, I will stay in contact, with permission, to keep you accountable to your agreed plan.
Over the past 20 years I have collaborated with clients to navigate personal challenges, and achieve some amazing personal goals and successes – can I support you?
My own personal and professional background is varied, and I draw upon many experiences and qualifications to assist you in achieving your goals. I am a registered professional coach with the Association for Coaching and an accredited counsellor with the National Counselling Society.
Due to my counselling background and qualifications I can offer support and strategies in a range of other areas including anxiety, stress and addictions.
Finally, my mission is to directly help you to be the better version of yourself – to develop your confidence, mindset and purpose aligned to your personal values for you to achieve what is possible!

Association for Coaching (AC)
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
