About me

Hi, my name is Rob O’Connor and I am a life coach and mentor based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

At this moment in time I am waiting in the wings ready for you to call me on to the stage with you, so we can work together on this sometimes-crazy drama of life and see where the plot leads us.

If you feel blocked, stuck, fearful, anxious but know there’s more in you to unlock then it sounds like you’re ready for some life coaching with me.

We all need help with our lives. We need people who will have our best interest at heart – Get the best out of us and be our number one fan with no preconceived ideas or beliefs about what we can or can’t do.

I will help you realise your potential and start to believe and understand how awesome you are.
