I'm a life coach & mindfulness trainer specializing in personal development and stress management.
I work with mid-career professionals who want to:
- Develop better habits for increasing personal effectiveness and wellbeing
- Find deeper alignment with core values and actively live from that place
- Have a greater impact as a leader and communicator
Coaching requires that you make sustainable and realistic changes in your life. This involves being held accountable to your goals, and dealing with the resistances that come up when implementing new ways of doing things.
Sally Joyce, Trend Design Lead, Marks & Spencer
Rob has been an amazing support in coaching me through not just the interview process of my dream job, but also supporting me with any mental & emotional challenges I have faced since starting and continues to help me navigate and overcome these hurdles, as I keep propelling myself towards even higher goals. Always a pleasure & always enlightening as I discover and unearth more and more within my subconscious, and find alignment with achieving my life goals.
Martha McAlpine, Documentary Film Maker
Through coaching, Rob has helped me a lot with my professional work and general overall confidence. I am a lot closer to reaching some big- dream goals with his help and guidance. His particular skill is to provide practical tools for overcoming mental or creative blocks. Rob also encourages greater self-awareness around negative mental patterns which can often halt progress. Highly recommend.
Stephen Heppell, Animator and Graphic Designer
Rob is an excellent coach- I've been coached by him for the past 6 months and it has made a big difference- he helps me be much clearer about my direction and I end the sessions feeling inspired and boosted
Jane Hubbard, Award Winning Film Maker & Educator
I found the sessions with Clear Light Coaching really helpful as they helped me clarify my next steps and areas I need to work on. Rob guided the sessions expertly and was understanding of the creative mind. I felt I could talk openly and whatever came up was always treated with respect and interest. I would recommend this type of coaching for anyone who is a bit stuck creatively or personally, to help with direction and clarity.
