Hi, my name is Suzanne and I am an Accredited Life Coach & Psychologist who specialises in working with women, I have a life -long interest in personal development and self -improvement.
I can help you with your career, stress & anxiety management, family & personal relationships, raising your confidence, self esteem issues, feeling stuck or lack of direction. Making the decision to have life coaching sessions with a professional, gives you a chance to change what isn’t working for you and find clarity, start making goals attainable and long- lasting.
Coaching with me means that you will get the highly qualified, support and help that you need while you start to move forward. I will also help you to understand how psychological factors effect you and can get in the way from achieving your most important goals. I teach my clients clever cognitive- behavioural and neuro linguistic strategies which they can use at home, whenever they need to, these can help you to overcome your personal roadblocks in life, also, help you to change your negative thought patterns and behaviours, those sticking points which have become bad habits which hold us back from all the wonderful new opportunities and possibilities waiting for us!
Investing in yourself, means making realistic plans and sticking to them and understanding yourself more, who you really are and what makes you 'tick'. Gaining a sympathetic ear to share problems, having a tried and tested framework to make your changes, explore your options, get genuine feedback and share ideas in confidence & without judgement. You’ll get my support and encouragement every step of the way, just 1 hour, every two weeks can make all the difference to how you feel.

Personal Experience I have worked for several universities over the years and I am an extremely qualified coach who will help you to move forward, learn new techniques to manage stress, anxiety. I am also an Accredited, Certified Life Coach, so you get a highly qualified female coach with the experience of specialised coaching in women and techniques in psychology . I have been happily married for over 20 years & have 3 sons, I have learnt how to prioritise my own needs and also manage my many responsibilities over the years, I have become an expert in 'moving forward' and achieving my goals and I can teach you these skills too. I have a life long passion in personal development and self improvement.
My higher level qualifications bring true expertise to your problems, I am a kind, hard working, very creative person who loves to see women thrive. I work with all sorts of people who want to make real, lasting changes to their lives, remove obstacles, move forward and start to enjoy their lives and feel happier about who they are.

When we work
I offer evening sessions. Please give me a call for availability.
I usually work face to face, via zoom, or over the telephone. I see my clients once a week for an hour or every two weeks and I am flexible in terms of what best suits you. on my website I offer life coaching packages which include free sessions.
I am happy to have a 15 minute telephone chat in-between my sessions, just to give you a pep talk or find out how you are getting on. I plan every session carefully and they are tailored individually to you; so you get the best from each coaching session, I do not use the same prescriptive method with everyone I see. Each of my client's sessions are organised around what they need at the time and based on what we agree. I am totally focussed on getting the best outcome for all my clients and therefore I choose from my knowledge set what i feel will help them the most.
I often incorporate cognitive behavioural activities NLP strategies and creative elements in my sessions, which most of my clients find very helpful for stress, anxiety, I can recommend books and groups to help my clients think ‘ out the box’ and learn new ways of approaching their problems in the future.
I work at whatever pace suits you, the most important thing here is what speed you want to work at and what changes you want.
