About me

It is easy for you to feel stuck in your current position and want to change.

However, people can be resistant to change, and that difficulty should never be underestimated. It can often seem easier to hold on to what you are familiar with even if you are not feeling fulfilled. I help people to change. I can help you find a way out of feeling stuck and help you move to action.
My career in teaching was beginning to make me feel stuck. I was lucky to receive coaching to help me change. Firstly, I moved into middle management and was happy there. When I needed to change again, I went back to my coach to help me move to action. I am now a trained and experienced transition coach. I have set up and run a successful coaching strategy in school as well as work with individual clients.

Wherever coaching takes place, I make sure that with careful listening, focused questioning and a commitment to you, I can help you make the changes you want.

Wheelchair-accessible premises

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
