About me

Hi and thank you for taking the time to read about my practice.

In August 2020, I created my own coaching practice, Wren Coaching, to help people who are caught up in the hamster wheel of life to stop and regain balance and perspective. I work with both adults and children and I am on a mission support, encourage and motivate them in realising they are mighty in themselves, just as they are.

As well as coaching and mentoring, I also qualified as a RelaxKids coach, teaching children mindfulness and emotional resilience through playing.

Contact me to find out how I can help you leave stress, doubt and anxiety behind and, as a result, lead a happier life. I would be delighted to be part of your journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

Throughout my leadership career I had the opportunity to coach and mentor for over 10 years. I loved that aspect of my job so much that it made me realise that I wanted to focus on helping people release their potential and get "unstuck". Since leaving my former job as Head of Service Excellence for a stairlift manufacturing company, I qualified in coaching and mentoring through the British School of Coaching.

In summer 2020, I also qualified as a RelaxKids Coach, which meant that I could combine my life coaching skills with learning more about mental health in children. I work with children in groups and at individual levels helping them with self-belief, confidence and anxiety.

I have very recently completed my wellbeing coaching studies through the British School of Coaching and developed my own wellbeing program for adults "Finding Balance".

Contact me for further details, I would love to tell you more.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I run a specific program dedicated to wellbeing, taking a holistic approach and looking at the entirety of life and the different areas that contribute to our health and wellness.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
