About me

Hi and thank you for taking the time to read about my practice.

I’m so glad you’ve found Wren Coaching & Wellbeing. I’m here to support you on your journey to better emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or looking to improve your own or your child's emotional wellbeing, you're in the right place.

With my background as a certified coach and mentor, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) practitioner, and mindfulness instructor, I offer a personalised approach that fits your unique needs. My goal is to help you break free from what’s holding you back so you can live a more fulfilling life.

When I work with children and families, I help them learn about how to deal with big emotions such as anger, worry, fear and anxiety. I use my coaching qualifications as well as my Relax Kids training to equip families with a set of tools that they can use for emotional regulation and self care.

When I work with adults, I teach mindfulness in group settings and I use my 1-2-1 coaching sessions to help individuals overcome overwhelming thoughts, lack of direction or purpose in life, and dealing with change and adversity.

I have taken some time to upload short videos on my website (www.wren.coach) if you want to find out a bit more but don't have much time. On my home page, there is also a link to my Google reviews to reassure you of the quality of my work.

Get in touch to book a 15 minutes call and find out how I can help you.

Wishing you a lovely day

I run an online group for adults who are in need of de-compressing at the end of the day and recharge their batteries. The group is live on Zoom and it runs periodically through the year as a 6 weeks course. The sessions are 75 minutes long and they prepare you to a great night's sleep.
