Qualified Life Coach and Mental Health First Aider with additional diplomas in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness, specialising in Personal Coaching, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Anxiety management techniques, motivation, and confidence building.
I offer a range of packages from life coaching sessions to help achieve goals and ambitions which range from a session-by-session basis or a package deal of 6 sessions. I will also be offering Mindfulness and wellbeing sessions online where people will be able to join and learn about how wellbeing and mindfulness can support good mental health. These sessions can be booked individually, or I may from time to time run these as a group session.
During COVID times all consultations will be based around a FREE 20-minute informal discussion on what you would like to achieve and how I can help you and sessions will be done remotely.
When it is safe to do so I will then be looking to offer a service where I can travel to your house or a neutral location.

Mindfulness & Wellbeing Sessions - £30
As I currently work full time my hours will be from 17.30 - 21.00 each day and then 10.00 - 14.00 on Saturdays.
As a Mental Health First Aider I can offer a directive service for people suffering with poor mental health. This is non-judgmental and fully confidential.
