What Clients have said?
The impact of my coaching relationship with Andrew was transformational. My feeling of overwhelm and frustration eased already after two-three sessions. By the end of our coaching, I gained back control and managed to make significant positive change in my circumstance. Looking back, I feel Andrew helped me literary to save myself. As a longer-term impact going through the toughest experience of my professional life turned into a great learning and major source of inspiration, I’m truly grateful for.
GS – professional development
I have had a very good experience working with Mr Parsons. Following my treatment …. I had very limited views of my outlook and prospect for work. Speaking with Mr Parsons allowed me to bring together my issues, compartmentalise them and together we addressed each issue. Mr Parsons was sympathetic without ever being patronising and was patient and methodical in the way he helped me formalise my goals and objectives. His suggestions made it easier for me to be proactive in organising my work and physical recovery. Being organised and methodical is my preferred way of working and Mr Parsons identified this and also allowed me the head space within the method to think things through.

Andy Parsons is an exceptional coach and mindfullness professional who has worked both with small companies and larger organisations such as GSK. He is equally effective on a one to one basis or in larger groups and has led leadership programmes as well as more personalised interventions. Andy is a thoughtful and insightful person who I thoroughly recommend.

I've engaged Andrew for several coaching assignments within client companies over the past year. He brings a great combination of insightful coaching expertise and skills, a personable and engaging style and an understanding of the challenges of working in a demanding … leadership environment, which has been appreciated by his coachees. He has formed strong and effective coaching relationships, resulting in clear progress in development objectives. I can highly recommend Andrew as a coach and hope that we can continue to work together on future assignments.

Andrew gave me a wonderful introduction to hypnotherapy, taking me through a variety of techniques and visualisation exercises which helped my generalised anxiety disorder. He has a kind and empathetic manner, and was always looking to help me as much as possible through asking questions and trying new approaches to see what worked for me, building on successes. I'd thoroughly recommend Andrew to anyone who wants to try hypnotherapy."
