Hello and welcome!

I’m a Spiritual Career Coach and Business Coach specialising in supporting mid-career professionals who are at a crossroads, feeling stuck, out of alignment and searching for greater purpose, peace and prosperity in their working lives.  

My career coaching and business coaching work has enabled hundreds of clients to awaken their working lives whilst awakening spiritually.

It is my mission to help you create true and lasting happiness from your work by bringing a more holistic approach to career coaching and business coaching. This means that your career or business challenge becomes a catalyst for realising the full potential of your body, mind and spirit.

I work in an intuitive and mindful way, tapping into Universal flow to support clients in a way which respects them as an individual, whatever stage of the journey they are at. I combine this with a structured and practical approach to keep things grounded and results-focussed.

I have been there several times…at a career crossroads, feeling stuck in the corporate world and wanting to escape. Desperate to find my purpose and create more balance in my working life. I know how it feels to be on both sides of the fence. And I know that change is possible.

Who I support

I work with women and men who are mid-career and ready to create more fulfilment, balance or prosperity in their working life. This ranges from creative entrepreneurs, middle or senior managers, stay-at-home dads, mums returning to work, small business owners, corporate employees ready for a career change or people ready to embark on self-employment. 

I’ve worked with people on a myriad of career paths: artists, musicians, lawyers, nurses, accountants, healers, yoga teachers, authors, photographers and marketeers to name but a few.

However, the common thread which unites them all is a deep-seated desire for greater peace, greater self-expression, greater health, greater abundance, greater fulfilment and greater belief in themselves. Plus an open-mindedness in how they achieve that. Many of my clients are either spiritually-aware or spiritually-curious. Not necessarily with any particular religious beliefs but simply a belief in a higher force which supports them and helps them connect to their true self.

My beliefs

I believe that we are all worthy of a happy life, in and out of work. I believe that we all have the strength and ability within us to find work that we love.  To live lives that are filled with balance and fulfilment instead of stress, doing what we feel we ‘should’ be doing and ignoring that inner voice that’s been telling us there is something much bigger we are meant to do.  I wouldn’t do the work I do if I didn’t believe in this.  My role as a Coach is to support you through that journey, to be your accountability partner, to keep you going when you feel like giving up, to enable you to see a vision for your life that is much bigger than what you’ve ever dared imagine, and to make you realise that it is possible. 

I also believe that we work best when we feel connected to or ‘on the same wavelength’ as those we want support from.  I trust my clients’ ability to sense this connection and judge for themselves whether I am the right person to guide them towards their new future.

I worked with Rebecca over the last year at a time when not only was I discovering and exploring my spiritual beliefs but also examining my purpose and future.
