About me

I provide tailored coaching programmes for neurodivergent thinkers, most commonly working with those who are ADHD, autistic or multiply neurodivergent. My coaching is neuroaffirming, relational and tailored to the specific needs and purpose of my clients, who are often integrating a recent discovery or diagnosis of neurodivergence. I help clients explore, understand, accept and celebrate the truest expression of themselves through a systemic lens, focused on the neurodiversity paradigm, the social model of disability and wider liberatory theory.

Through a tailored programme created bespoke to your reality and your needs, including a combination of open conversations, breathwork and nervous system regulation, I will offer you a support system that embraces your individual process of discovery, exploration and acceptance.

Whether you are experiencing burnout, have recently received a diagnosis or recognised yourself as neurodivergent, are going through a transition of some sort and feeling like you need to reset your inner compass to achieve an aligned version of happiness that deeply resonates with you, I am here to help. To hold space and offer guided and honest support.

Specialisms:

  • Burnout recovery
  • Late ADHD and/or autism identification
  • ND workplace strategy coaching
  • Navigating transitions
  • Nervous system regulation and breathwork
  • Neurodivergent relationships (including households & parenting ND children)

Client testimonials

"I've been really impressed by Rebecca's ability to ride the highs and the lows with me, particularly as someone who's neurodivergent and dealing with trauma. At times, I've just been struggling and it's been really wonderful that Rebecca's never made me feel as if that's too much."
SS, Quantity Surveyor

"The sessions including the breathwork have really helped reduce stress and anxiety - aiding my recovering from burnout. The coaching has provided me with deeper awareness of my wants and needs. And as a result, I feel far more empowered in my decisions going forward on both a personal and professional level."
JM, Marketing Communications Director

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been coaching for 5 years with a focus on those who identify as neurodivergent since 2021. Aside from my 1:1 coaching, I regularly facilitate online neuroaffirmative groups for neurodivergent teenagers, am involved in a university project supporting neurodivergent and otherwise marginalised students and provide support for looked after ND young people in my local community.

I've also worked in a specialist school for autistic girls and previously worked in a tech startup, at the DWP, for online job boards, as a project manager in design and innovation agencies and run my own business since 2019. When we work together, all of my experience is available for you to draw upon should you choose to.

I am late-identified autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) with two children, and a partner who identifies as ADHD. I'm an avid reader, a bad cook, a lover of houseplants and trees, and like to relax by lifting weights, reading/writing fiction, nerding out about books/films/creativity/psychology or singing with the 120-strong pop choir I’m a member of.

Further information

Most of my clients choose to work with me over 3, 6 or 9 months, which works like this:

1. Get in touch to arrange a 30-minute discovery call to discuss working together. Alternatively, book a one off 60 minute coaching session.

2. Should we decide to work together longer term, you will receive a detailed intake questionnaire which will form the foundation of our work (if form filling is not accessible, this can become a first session).

3. Our first session will be an extended 2-3 hour session to review your aims and determine the approach for our time together. You’ll receive reflections from me within 36 hours of the session including any resources.

4. We’ll meet online fortnightly for 1-hour sessions from then on (or at a different agreed cadence) and you’ll have access to me via email/WhatsApp 24/7 between sessions with a 36-hour response time.

5. I’ll invite regular reflection within coaching sessions and at the mid-way and end point of our work, evaluating progress and digesting your evolution so far, allowing space for any recalibration.

6. A final extended 90-minute consolidation session to reflect on your journey, integrate lessons, celebrate progress and set any intentions for moving forward. I’ll request your feedback also.
