About me

I founded Style Smart in 2010 and I specialise in helping ladies to boost their self-esteem and in creating a positive image.

Life Coaching can take many forms, for instance relating to relationships, self-esteem, career development, time/stress management etc.

There is one aspect common to all types of life coaching and that is that it centres on our well-being and our being satisfied with ourselves no matter what attributes nature may have given to us.

At Style Smart, life coaching and image coaching co-exist and this unique combination centres on you as an individual woman with a unique personality and it aims to take you on a path to higher self-esteem as well as personal worth through your appearance.

The goal is to make you look good and feel good following the proven notion that by being happy about the way we look on the outside, we will in turn feel more content and positive about who we are inside.

This has absolutely nothing to do with any kind of extreme make-over or fashion either. It is all about celebrating who you are as an individual and creating the image that complements the authentic you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I graduated with Honours from the Style Coaching Institute in 2010 and am a member of the International Association of Style Coaches.

Since 2010 I have helped many women to make a real positive difference to their lives through their external appearance and own self image.

I follow a totally holistic approach to showing how to be the best that you can be through a series of tailored guidance sessions, which are carefully planned and give you the opportunity to achieve short, medium and long-term life-enhancing goals.

Remember, to be smart and to look smart you need smart (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) goals.

I also have a studied NLP, which adds to my ability to assist you in making lasting improvements to your well-being and am an associate member of the Association for Coaching.

Further information

My teaching background has enabled me to be a sensitive listener as well as to learn to work with different personalities, to guide, advise, support and encourage people to achieve their goals.

Along with teaching, I have also been in ladies fashion retail for several years, specialising in one to one styling and advising women how to create outfits successfully.

To add to that, my artistic side has led me to train and qualify in interior design, specialising in colour.

Since 2010 when I founded Style Smart, I have dedicated myself to providing a personal and quality service to many ladies who would like to feel and look good at any age!
