About me
I help people who feel stuck in patterns of procrastination, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
As a trauma-informed coach and former procrastinator myself, I understand how frustrating it feels to want change but not know where to start or how to stay consistent once you do.
Whether you struggle to focus, feel pulled in too many directions, or often freeze when the pressure is on, I help you create simple, sustainable systems that fit your brain and your life.
My coaching is practical and compassionate. We look at how your nervous system, beliefs, and habits interact so you can work with yourself, not against yourself.
I work with professionals, creatives, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people.
Sessions are held online, so you can access support from wherever you are.
If you’re ready to overcome procrastination for good, I’d love to work with you.

Further information
Your commitment:
If we decide to work together after the first session, I usually ask for a commitment of 4 or 6 sessions. You don’t need to pay for all of them upfront. But if you choose to pay for six or more in advance, you’ll receive one bonus session at no extra cost.
You can stop at any time if you feel the coaching isn’t right for you.
This commitment helps create a sense of stability and direction in our work. It gives us space to explore at the right pace, without feeling rushed or pressured to fix everything in one session.
It also helps us set a clear timeframe to support your goals, while giving the process time to unfold in a way that’s grounded and sustainable.
Of course, after those initial sessions, you’re welcome to continue or take a break and return when you’re ready.
