"Rachelle was my professional coach for the year 2019, a time during which the organisation I worked for was going through many changes. Rachelle took the time to understand me and the effects the changes in the workplace had on my leadership skills, she guided me through many difficult situations and helped me overcome obstacles that I would not have been able to without Rachelle's support.
Rachelle's gentle and organised approach also helped me see scenarios from a different point of view, which in turn changed my experience in the workplace to a positive one and I was able to harness creativity with regards to problem solving in the workplace. I will always be grateful for the time spent with Rachelle, my workplace relationships have definitely improved as well as my team efficiency and team camaraderie, this as a result of Rachelle's influence in my approach to the workplace.
Based on our experience together, I can confidently recommend Rachelle Meyer as a professional coach." Shahieda Ohlson
"My time as Rachelle's client in South Africa was a life-altering experience. I met Rachelle at a time when I was professionally and personally wounded and unaware of how to harness my own internal resources to get my life towards the direction that would bring fulfilment. What was absolutely beautiful in my coaching journey with Rachelle was that she never pushed, even when she knew what shifts would get me to my desired way of being, she was gentle enough to create space for ME to make those aha moments and lead myself- and they did come!!! I continue to find Rachelle's intuition and lovely sense of humour relatable yet so inviting. I felt my coach cared for me as a human being and not just as a client to be seen in an hour and disappear.
If you are looking for a coach that will ask incisive questions that will get YOU thinking, re-thinking and then acting on your thoughts- then Rachelle is your coach. If you need a space where you build accountability for yourself with the support of a gentle coach who guides in a co-created learning and thinking environment, then Rachelle is your coach. I will forever be grateful for my time with Rachelle; I am now firmly rooted in my desired life-path and it probably would have taken me way longer and harder had I not met her. Thank You!" "I was honored and privileged to have Rachelle as my coach. Our coaching relationship spanned a 12 month period during which time she held a sacred space for me to develop into a way of being that more closely represented a higher version of myself.
Rachelle brought to our coaching relationship the perfect blend of presence, intuition and gentle guiding while always encouraging me to access my own deeper wisdom. This made my change journey so much more powerful as I was able to self direct and own my process. As a result, I have seen lasting impact in my life in many areas. The process with Rachelle enabled me to shift ways of thinking and doing that were no longer serving me and to connect with a deeper part of myself.
For anyone who is looking to be their best selves or curious about what the next level of transformation in their lives might look like, I can highly recommend Rachelle to be your anchor and thinking partner through the process." Lana Hindmarch, Integral Coach and Employee Engagement Specialist
"I have been fortunate to be both coached and mentored by Rachelle over the past 18 months. Her approach is both gently supportive and firmly challenging, which allowed me to grow at my pace and also to stretch my capacity beyond my own limitations. Using the holistic Integral+ philosophy, she facilitated my ability to make significant shifts by enabling me to become aware of all aspects of myself - emotional, cognitive and spiritual - and to embrace these fully.
She is a highly skilled Coach, who will support you on your journey, whether for personal or professional growth, and is authentic, intuitive, practical and logical in holding a sacred space for reflection, introspection and action.
I highly recommend engaging with Rachelle if you are looking for a Coach who will challenge your perspectives with grace and integrity." Colleen Swart
