About me

My mission is to support individuals to find fulfilment and meaning in work and life. We all have the answers to our questions within us. Coaching sessions provide the space and support to explore, to reflect, and - most importantly - to achieve our aspirations and move forward.

I specialise in helping clients with tricky decisions and with life and work changes and transitions (work, relationship, career, parenting, retirement etc).

Coaching sessions help to:

  • Identify the core issue/s that need changing
  • Develop strategies for overcoming challenges
  • Recognise and utilise your unique potential and resources
  • Provide a step by step approach to keep on track
  • Draw energy from your progress

Many of us feel at our best when we are connected with nature which is why coaching while walking in the lovely green spaces of Oxford can be particularly effective, opening up new horizons and allowing us to see our lives with a different perspective and renewed energy.

Phone and Skype coaching also offered.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been coaching in Oxfordshire for 7 years. Qualified with Career Coaching and Counselling Services and Oxford University. My first degree was a BA Hons in English Literature at Sussex University, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and an MSc in Social Research Methods. Member of the British Psychological Society.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
