About me

I believe everyone has the ability to achieve anything, and using a mixture of coaching and NLP techniques will help you do so. Whether in work, relationships or health, coaching can help you discover what you really want, and the path to achieving it.

I come from a professional background (solicitor), I also have a MSc in Personalised Nutrition. Therefore I have an innate understanding of the pressures any one area of life can have on both time and energy, and their subsequent impact upon family life, personal goals, health and wellbeing.

We all want to feel fulfilled in what we do, but sometimes it's hard to know what we should be aiming for, never-mind how to get there. Whether you already have a goal or have no direction at all, its important to know where to spend your energy for the best results.

Health and Wellbeing

Without realising, your own health and wellbeing can become the last priority, and the one thing you never seem to have time to focus on or work towards. It also has the power to affect every other aspect of your life, whether through concentration or energy levels, or just how great you are feeling.

Whether it's with that special someone, a work colleague or a neighbour, relationships affect our every day lives and have the power to energise or drain you. Make every contact, personal, professional and social, a worthwhile and positive experience.

"As somebody who usually procrastinates, my coaching sessions with Rachel enabled me to clearly focus my mind and prioritise my time in order to achieve my goal."Tom, Lancashire

"You helped me to untangle my thoughts by making me focus, asking me questions and challenging my answers, which helped me change my mindset. Also you've given me some really good tools that I love."Lisa, Lancashire

Video Calling Consultations: Through various mediums this enables consults to take place face to face and can make consultations more regular and support easier to obtain when you need it most.

Telephone Consultations: Short regular reviews to ensure you have the right level of ongoing support during the coaching process, if you require them.

In Person Consultations (currently not available due to the COVID-19 safeguarding): Consultations can take place in person whether in a clinic setting, at your offices, or even in your local park! Where ever you feel comfortable and have the space to focus on yourself. For NLP techniques this is the best method.

I am based on the Lancashire/Greater Manchester border and am flexible as to venue location.
