I come from a professional background (solicitor) and lead two Level 4 modules (one on a BSc and the other on a practice diploma). I also have a MSc in Personalised Nutrition and am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT and CNHC). Therefore I have an innate understanding of the pressures any one area of life can have on both time and energy, and their subsequent impact upon family life, personal goals, health and wellbeing.
We all want to feel fulfilled in what we do, but sometimes it's hard to know what we should be aiming for, never-mind how to get there. Whether you already have a goal or have no direction at all, its important to know where to spend your energy for the best results.

Video Calling Consultations: Through various mediums this enables consults to take place face to face and can make consultations more regular and support easier to obtain when you need it most.
Telephone Consultations: Short regular reviews to ensure you have the right level of ongoing support during the coaching process, if you require them.
In Person Consultations (currently not available due to the COVID-19 safeguarding): Consultations can take place in person whether in a clinic setting, at your offices, or even in your local park! Where ever you feel comfortable and have the space to focus on yourself. For NLP techniques this is the best method.
