I’m Rachel Forcella, and I trained as a life coach because I had a desire to work with women and to help them live their very own unique and fulfilled lives.
When I discovered that having children wasn’t an option for us, I made a very clear decision – that my life wasn’t going to be “less than” because I couldn’t be a parent.
I decided that I was going to live my very best life, full of joy, excitement and freedom. I was going to make the very best of everything that was available to me.
The realisation that we could design our lives exactly how we wanted them to be – rather than what society had told us they should look like – was a big one!
Designing your life to be exactly how you want it to be doesn’t necessarily mean big changes – you don’t have to go “off-grid”, sell all your belongings, or rear cattle in your back garden (unless you want to, of course!)
It simply means taking a look at what it is that lights you up – and then pursuing that – rather than just accepting how things ‘should’ be.
And you don’t necessarily need to know exactly what it is that you want. The chances are, if you’re here reading this website, you know that you want something more and/or different – and if you don’t quite know what that is, we can uncover it as part of our coaching journey together.
Coaching with me
As a coach, it’s my job to help you achieve your life goals – and, if you’re not sure what you want, but you just know that you want more, then the first part of our coaching journey together will be uncovering what that more is!
Coaching is a positive, forward-facing experience where I partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximise your potential in any area you choose to focus on.
Coaching isn’t the same as, or a substitute for therapy, counselling, training, mentoring or psychiatric support.
As a coach, my focus is on women who, for whatever reason, are not mothers.
My own experience is that of infertility leading to childlessness. To deal with the disappointment this situation created for me, I underwent two rounds of therapy and a lot of personal development work.
If this resonates with you, and you are in the position where you are not a parent not by choice, then before we work together, I’ll need to be sure that you have gone through the grieving process and that your desired outcomes from life coaching come from a place of wanting to and being able to embrace the next phase of your life.
Here’s how it works
We’ll have a 30-minute video call to get to know each other. I’ll share with you what your coaching experience with me will be like and you’ll get to ask me any questions you have.
This call is completely free and there’s no obligation for you to commit to working with me.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with coaching with me, I’ll send you across a “Wheel of Life” exercise to do before our first session. I’ll share all the details with you about this on our chemistry call, so you’ll know exactly what you’re doing!
You’ll have 6 one-hour coaching sessions with me, all online via Zoom.
These coaching sessions will take you on a transformational journey from defining and setting your “Inspirational Goal” to working through all the milestones and actions you need to take to achieve it.
I’ll be there to support you stretch you and provide accountability – but I won’t tell you what to do. I believe that you have the answers you’re looking for inside you already – it’s my job to help you find and uncover them.
Each session will be between 2 and 4 weeks apart, depending on what’s going on in your life and what you want to achieve between sessions.

£600.00 per session
Free initial online session
My 6-session coaching package is £600.
I offer a two-part payment plan of two payments of £300 (one upon signing up for coaching and one a month after the initial payment). You can also pay by credit card.
I'm based in West Yorkshire, but all of my coaching is done online via Zoom and therefore I work with women from all over the UK.
Rachel really helped me discover emotions that I didn’t know I had, and helped me realise that I actually knew what I needed to do and think to be able to move forward with my life.
I felt heard & understood. Rachel is very intuitive and knows how to get to the root of the issue by asking probing questions but doesn’t advise or judge, and she made me feel good about myself.

Before coaching with Rachel, I wasn’t unhappy per se, but I was prioritising everyone else and their needs over my own and couldn’t understand why I was always feeling resentful or obliged to do things, instead of enjoying them!
After coaching with Rachel, my relationships with friends and family have improved (and continue to!) and I no longer resent the time I give to them as I’ve established a way to create balance and make time for myself too.
During the coaching, I never felt judged or that Rachel was imposing any of her own views on me. I felt it was a completely safe space to say anything I wanted. She created a safe space where I could really open up and you could reflect back.
I cannot thank her enough for the time she gave to me over the last few months, for the space she gave me to have a cry or laugh or just simply thinK without constant distraction of life.
