About me

Have you found yourself at a crossroads, not sure which way to go?

Are you facing changes in your professional or personal life and need a little guidance?

Do you have goals but not sure how to achieve them?

Do you feel you lack confidence or low self-esteem?

Do you want to develop your business or career?

In just a few sessions you will find direction and clarity to feel more empowered to take action and see real results and change.

My job is to listen and understand you and your relationships, you have all of the resources you need to reach your potential and I will help you to take action by:

  • giving you space to explore where you are now and where you want to be
  • helping you to build motivation and confidence
  • through options and unpick the blocks helping you to understand why you think and feel the way that you do, enabling you to make positive changes
  • removing limiting beliefs to enable you to view yourself, work and life more positively

Sessions, which can be done face to face or via skype will focus on you, where you are at now and where you want to be. Taking time out of your busy schedule to take a step back and reflect about what’s working and what’s not, think about what makes you happy and what you can do to make positive changes, improve or remove yourself from situations you find yourself in.

Whether its business, relationships, performance, mindset or wellbeing coaching. I can help you to get back on track, take action, and take positive steps forward to maximise your potential

About Me

Working in Social Care for over 20 years, I have helped others to achieve their goals to overcome addiction, build resilience and live meaningful lives. For the last 14 years I have worked in management positions where this support has been more focused on supporting individuals and teams to develop in their careers. I deliver training and workshops and coach staff to see things from a different perspective, explore options to overcome obstacles and build positive cultures within teams. Three years ago I completed Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring which enabled me to widen my coaching experience to others outside of the field, I also support people with their nutrition and well-being goals, having gone on to complete a Diploma in Nutrition. I now coach, support with nutrition and deliver workshops alongside my part time career in Social Care.
