Confidence Coaching:

Confidence is all about the way you think and feel. By challenging your limiting beliefs, you can find the key to enjoying the present and create the life you want.  Irrespective of what that is – a new relationship, a different job, to run a marathon - often confidence, or lack of it, is the main stumbling block. By offering new and refreshing perspectives, coaching can be life changing.

Wellbeing Coaching:

Coaching impacts people in all walks of life to help them improve their self-esteem; manage anxiety and depression; develop a work/life balance; improve interpersonal relationships; increase health and fitness and much more. Putting yourself first is harder than it sounds but essential to wellbeing. Identifying clearly what you want your life to be like sparks the motivation to achieve greater fulfilment.

Youth Coaching:

The next generation have unprecedented opportunities but also an array of challenges in the modern world. At Dragonfly, it is a privilege to help young people find their own way. Coaching benefits wellbeing, academic progress and career prospects. We are committed to making support accessible and affordable for young people and their families. What my clients say:

“It has been fantastic to have Rachael make me look at my life and finally allow me to hold a mirror up to myself. She has given me confidence to work through my issues with a future perspective whereas in the past I have been too busy dealing with the past and getting nowhere! I feel that it has been such a positive step in my life and I wish I had known about life coaching before. I could have saved many years of going round in circles getting nowhere and in the process being unhappy!”

Rachel, Health Professional, Derby

“I have found a new level of confidence and knowing I have Rachael in my corner challenging and provoking the right thoughts and actions really has changed my outlook dramatically. I am back to my old self with a renewed passion for all the challenge life has to offer. I have also got to say without Rachael’s support I would have been overwhelmed by the challenges that I have dealt with this year. I would recommend Dragonfly wholeheartedly to anyone looking for coaching services”

Andy, Development Manager, Nottingham

“I was encouraged to go and see Rachael as I had been suffering with anxiety, mild depression and workplace stress. Before the first session, I was sceptical, unsure of what to expect and concerned it might be seen as a weakness by others, and doubtful of what was achievable.

Rachael is able to balance compassion and empathy and works by asking the right questions at the right time to explore issues which resonate. In a calm and professional manner, she helped me identify some of the reasons behind my negative and self-defeating thinking.

Rachael helped me view aspects of my life from a different perspective enabling progress to be made in all areas of concern. I have learned a lot about my values and thought processes and am extremely grateful for the self-insight.”

Michael, Company Director, Derby

“Through our discussions, Rachael has enabled me to create strategies I am looking for as a working mum. I have a much better understanding of my perfectionist tendencies and Rachael has provided me with tools to help me better manage these tendencies. Our sessions have inspired me to make positive changes in my life which will support both my career and family aspirations and Rachael has helped me put some scope and timelines around those goals. I really can’t rate Rachael and our sessions highly enough. She is an awesome coach and has had a tremendous impact on me.”
