About me

I have a deep passion for helping people attain happiness. For me the key to success lies within your mind and once you understand that you are your biggest barrier to success there is very little you cannot achieve. Life Coaching was the ideal job for me because I enjoy meeting people and seeing them grow as individuals and reach goals they once thought would never be possible. I pride myself on my ability to empathise with people and to never pass judgement whatever their goal may be. My listening skills and rapport building form the backbone of my coaching experience. With me you will always feel appreciated and looked after. I will make you smile and laugh as we go on your journey together. So get in touch and let us begin today.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Life Coach, having received my from the Coaching Academy, the largest and most well-known training provider in the world, and achieving a high Merit. During my training I had over 50 hours’ worth of coaching sessions.

During my training I found that I have particular strengths in the following areas:

Career Change

Health Goals

Relationships - friends, family, partners

Confidence Building

Cross Cultural Boundaries (Being British Asian I am fully aware of the difficulties people can experience when their cultural heritage clashes with others particularly in relationships)

I am keen to build a client base as soon as possible therefore my rates are very competitive. For me at the moment gaining more experience is paramount so please get in touch with me and I am sure we can work out a rate that suits both of us. I also offer package deals where if you pay for five sessions in advance one of them is free. Intake sessions are also free of charge.
