About me

I help clients who are feeling overwhelmed with life, gain clarity and renewed direction so that they can stay focussed and live better.

Supporting you to live with balance so that you can thrive in both your work and personal life.

I help clients facing overwhelm, work through limiting beliefs so that they can navigate the following challenges of work-life balance. Stress management, motivation, procrastination, anxiety, perfectionism and overthinking.

Using NLP and positive psychology, clients transform their mindset and build their self-confidence so that they can stay focussed towards their goals and improve their overall wellness.

I have a straight-talking, no nonsense approach to self-development. It is compassionate and challenging, helping clients re-set, re-focus and re-energise so that they are back in control of what they truly want from a meaningful life.
