About me

I am a qualified life coach who uses a combination of skills and experience to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

I have always been an empathic person, and as someone who has struggled with chronic anxiety and various health conditions, I am a big believer in finding the balance between body mind and soul. I believe my insight, knowledge and experience has prepared me to do the work that I do, whether that was leading a successful transport company, or moving on to my passions of private tutoring, therapy and coaching. I have always pondered the ‘deeper’ questions of life and helping people is at the core of my belief system. I believe the following four parts of life our crucial to inner peace, happiness and success whatever that may look like for you. Although they are interlinked, I work with them all together and on an individual basis:

Emotion- Our emotional intelligence i.e. our EQ is just as important if not in most cases more important than our IQ. Being able to tune into situations, use your intuition and read the room/people is an important life skill. Before we can understand others, we need to have a strong understanding of ourselves, who you are, what you believe in as only then can you start to live your life on your own terms.

Intelligence-what are you good at? What comes to you naturally? What skills and strengths do you have? What do you need to build to achieve that goal? Working doesn’t need to be boring or unpleasant, you can have your dream job. You can have a job that’s fulfilling, in fact it’s what you deserve to have. As a society we don’t talk about careers, job satisfaction, managing your finances, and setting goals that suit you enough. I offer a safe space for you to be able to mind your business, excuse the pun.

Behavioural- How is your behaviour helping you? Or perhaps I should ask how is it stopping you? Our thoughts become our words, which become are actions. Our actions become our habits, which become our character and our character determines our destiny. Where is your character leading you? Are you stuck in a rut? Do you have unhelpful habits that you can’t let go off? Do you struggle forming or sticking to new habits? We can do all the reading, talking and listening in the world, but the proof is in the pudding, in our actions. Let’s do the work to change yours.

Spiritual- There are as many paths to God/Universe/However you call something greater than us, as there are souls on this earth. Spirituality is not about religion, it’s not even necessarily about God. Are you looking for inner peace? Are you looking for a deeper sense of meaning? Are you questioning your existence or your purpose? Finding an answer, a way to connect to something greater than us isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it.
