About me

I've had many years of experience working in a senior position in the NHS before I trained as a life coach. As your coach, I can guide you to take the action steps needed to achieve your goals, move you forward from any perceived obstacles and challenges.

Maybe you are feeling stuck in your career, lack motivation, have a fitness challenge, want to lose weight, run a marathon, or move house.

Perhaps you have relationship issues, are dealing with overwhelm, uncertain about which direction to take.

Coaching provides the incentive you need to make the change, build on your confidence, and improve on what you already have, leading to success and fulfilment.

I provide a solution based approach that focuses on your individual circumstance. This approach unlocks any obstacles, releases any perceived weaknesses and is tailored to your unique talents which makes your greatest challenge possible.
