About me

I’m Peta the Self-Kindness Coach, I combine a potent combination of mentoring, coaching and educational resources in order to help people break through to new levels of self-acceptance and self-compassion.

Who do I work with?

I specialise in working with adults and young people with a focus on self-kindness. I work in schools, organisations and individuals, delivering sessions which nurture and support the growth of self-compassion, self-confidence and self-acceptance. We focus on building self-esteem through personal development sessions.

What kind of coaching do I offer?

I am a trained Intuitive Eating Coach and Life Coach, so I offer sessions on general self-kindness and also specialised sessions on breaking free from dieting, learning to eat intuitively and unpick eating behaviours. This allows the body to find its ideal weight and shape for optimum health and energy! It can be a tricky journey and having someone to talk through issues that arise can be incredibly valuable.

How do I work with clients?

Via 1:1 sessions on Zoom, in person sessions in Cornwall and I also offer group sessions through my online courses which you can find out more about on my www.nourishingsoulfully.co.uk

A little about me:

You will always find me with a cup of tea in hand, usually a cat within stroking reach - I have four, and a notebook or five on the kitchen table full of scribbles, to dos and ideas.

I am based in Cornwall, England but work with clients, schools and organisations all over the world. I have a great passion for empowering wonderful souls like yourself to be kinder to themselves.

I am a Level 7 Life Coach and Certified Eating Psychology Coach Accredited by the Complementary Medical Association. I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher and Trauma Informed Schools and Communities Practitioner. I have a full up to date DBS check and I am Prevent and Suicide First Aid trained.
