Hello! I’m Jennie, the founder of Periscope Coaching and a certified coach based in East London.
I help high-functioning, disconnected women find direction, presence and sanity.
Many of my clients are balancing self-sacrifice, guilt, and work-life challenges, or are at a crossroads in their personal or professional life. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and create a life that feels energised, peaceful, and aligned with who you really are.

Once upon a time, I was stuck. Exhausted by people-pleasing, addicted to social media, trying to keep up, without knowing what I was trying to keep up with or why. I had no plan, no focus, no energy. But I was so, stupidly, busy. Enter coaching. I stumbled across it by accident. And I didn’t realise how much I needed coaching until we started. My world slowed down and I learnt to breathe. I overcame my phobia of public speaking. I felt connected. I learnt to say no (a lot). I started being nice to myself. I felt both at peace and in control. And I got myself a huge promotion for a job that I created. Because I wanted it. Feeling inspired and full of energy, I knew I wanted to share the power of coaching with others. I spent 8 months training to become an ICF and AC certified coach, and now I have the privilege of working with incredible women. Seeing them grow and transform is the most rewarding part of what I do.
