I am a highly qualified and experienced life and wellbeing coach who can help you to focus on and improve your mental health, psychological and physical wellbeing. I have worked as an organisational psychologist for over 16 years and also work as a wellbeing at work and expat coach.
If you are feeling stressed, low, unfocused or unhealthy you will find that wellbeing coaching can help you either at work, at home, or both. I can help you to find solutions to issues that you bring to your coaching sessions whether they be about finding more purpose and meaning in your life; making changes to your life, behaviours or career; becoming more healthy, in mind or body; or simply not quite knowing what's wrong, finding out what that is and then doing something about it.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

You can call me for free for a 30 minute 'discovery and chemistry' call when I can explain what coaching is, including the practicalities such as frequency of sessions and so on. We can also get to know each other a little better and I can learn from you what brings you to coaching at this time. You can then decide whether you would like to work with me and ask any questions you might have at that point.
After that, I can assess, in partnership with you, how many sessions you might need and what the fees would be. Please note that I offer a discount to key workers.
