Hi, I'm Paul and my business is called Peaceful Minds (Scot) Ltd. I am a Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer & Pellowah Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider/Facilitator, and part-time Financial Services Senior Consultant.

My life purpose after a long journey in the Corporate sector is to help, support, and heal as many people as I can, encouraging them, to become the best versions of themselves and achieve more of what they want with this life.

I have learned many lessons through my own life experiences whether that be with relationships, bringing up a family, financial challenges, senior management responsibilities, leading people, sports, recovering from poor Mental Health, problems with alcohol, and spiritual awakening to name only a few, I am now serving my clients powerfully using this knowledge alongside the new skills attained through various life coaching and other life & healing modality training. Every day is a school day in this life.

I will hold space for you, in confidence, with no judgement and the power of that conversation really can be so healing and lead to great change.  One insight can transform lives. Life Coaching is about helping others to realise their infinite potential in any area of life.  An alliance and a confidential trusting partnership are formed where the client is in control and where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to the client. I now believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured or hidden inside.  I will be your biggest fan, cheering you on, fully committed to supporting you to help achieve amazing breakthroughs and results. You are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows what you want and need. As a coach, I can help you discover what your own "best self" might be. Sessions are £100 with discounts available on packages. Prices vary and there are a few example packages on my website that have helped some of my clients so far. I am also happy to offer a sliding scale approach to fees allowing you to decide how important your life is for you and what you can afford which removes any anxiety around money allowing a powerful connection fully focused on you. It's important to me that anyone can invest in themselves whatever their circumstances.

Similar to the 'pay it forward' concept you may hear about in cafes or restaurants, for example, those who can afford more will make it possible for me to help support those on less income.

The scale below can be used as a guide:

Lower income - £40 - £60 per session

Medium income - £70 - £90 per session

Higher income - £100+ per session

Monthly, Quarterly and six monthly block packages are available. Very flexible to suit your specific needs. Please reach out for a chat.
