Do you sometimes sense that opportunities are passing you by? Your life is OK, but you feel there should be more. Deep down you know you deserve more! Because if that sounds like you, congratulations! You have recognised that something needs to change in your life and by thinking about how a coach could help, you have taken the first step on your journey to a brighter, more successful future!
Perhaps you are thinking about changing your job or career and need someone to help you review your options, based on your core values and personality.
Perhaps you are troubled with anxieties or low self confidence: You have difficulty meeting new people or speaking in a public situation.
Perhaps you are going through a big change in your life as a result of retirement, redundancy, divorce or the death of a loved one.
Perhaps you have just been promoted at work because you are very good at your job, but nobody has given you any support about how to be a good leader.
Or perhaps you run your own business and you have lost sight of your true goals and aspirations; or your work-life balance has become decidedly unbalanced.
For these or any similar issues, Paul Hemphill is here to help you make a fresh new start, beginning today! To help you find out more about his services, he offers a FREE first session, with no obligation on your part. It's all part of Paul's unique values-based approach to coaching.
Paul's own values include kindness, professionalism and making a difference. He has a friendly, calm and re-assuring nature that will help you feel as relaxed and comfortable as if you were talking to your best friend. He is also an excellent listener and highly confidential. And he is a strong believer that every coach should have a fully accredited qualification before beginning to practice.
Paul provides online coaching to people across the world via Skype; or face-to-face in the wonderful city of Newcastle upon Tyne in North East England.
These are just some of the comments Paul has received from recent clients:
"I can hardly believe the difference you have made. I have suffered with low confidence for years and you have helped me overcome this in just four weeks!"
“I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my four life coaching sessions which have been absolutely invaluable to me at this stage in my life"
“I found the life coaching sessions very useful. They helped me to look at myself from the outside, and to understand and evaluate my values and beliefs. As Paul said, he’s there to ‘hold a mirror’, and it is so true.
“It’s like having a personal MOT. I think perhaps everyone should do it!”
