Paul Berry - Human Performance Science
I am a Performance Psychologist and Executive Coach. In essence, my coaching involves working with clients to close the gap between their current state and their potential. Understanding what obstacles are preventing them achieve their goals is central to this process.
Areas I focus on: career coaching; developing more robust confidence and motivation; finding meaning in life; improving relationship dynamics;
My coaching style is challenging and supportive. I am deeply person-centred, which means I am 'on your side' and work collaboratively with you to achieve your reality. But sometimes I will ask difficult questions that aim to help you discover how you hold yourself back. I do not have a specified number of sessions - this will depend on what we need to achieve. But most coaching relationships last several months. I believe in sustained, long-term change, not quick-fixes.
I hold a Masters degree in Coaching from an academic Centre of Excellence in Coaching research and teaching. A University Masters degree is the highest standard of excellence in a field with no single professional governing body.
To help you decide who the correct coach is for you, feel free to contact me via email or phone. I offer a complimentary 30 minute chat where we can discuss how I work, your coaching goals, and explore if it would be beneficial to work together.
My fees may appear slightly higher than other coaches. This reflects my roles as both a psychologist and as a Coach.
