About me
As a qualified life coach and teacher, I work with U25's to help them navigate life's challenges. Together we will identify issues, unpick barriers and obstacles, explore options and make action plans to help them thrive.

Coaching is bespoke to you. It's important that your sessions are designed around your wants, needs and schedule. We will have a free, no-obligation 20-minute online session where you can outline the issues you're facing and establish if I can help. If you decide to proceed, I will then create a bespoke coaching plan based on your identified areas of need.
Typical package models:
Block booking of 3 x 45-minute sessions £150.
Individual sessions £55.
You can purchase one-off sessions, but we see better results in coaching when we have a series of sessions to allow for actions to be taken, tools to be tested and accountability.
