About me

What can Nikki help you with?

  • "What am I going to do after all this craziness settles?"  Talk through ideas and worries to establish a clear path with motivational and realistic goals
  • Career coaching: crossroads/redundancy – new business or career venture – seeking promotion - return to work
  • Confidence & resilience - new stage in your life - new job/role – exams – interviews - return to work - social skill development
  • Life choices: confidential & non-judgemental coaching to explore different pathways and make plans to gain clarity, focus and or make changes
  • U25's & Youth coaching:  The U25's sessions could be described as more of a 'hand holding' process rather than you coming up with all the ideas.  Common U25's topics include: Life choices, career pathways, study options, university and confidence.
    • Youth (U16) coaching: Does your child need help with confidence, resilience or social skills? Nikki can work with your child for a one-off one:one session to provide them with tools and techniques for surviving and thriving in their busy lives.  For more information please get in touch.

With all coaching, Nikki will ensure you are "In the driving seat" of your life.

Do I need career coaching?

If you are thinking or feeling any of the following, then career coaching may help:

I’ve decided my current job isn’t for me and I don’t know what to do
I'm thinking I want to start up my own business
What are my transferable skills?
How do I find alternative careers?
I don’t know what really matters to me
I’m feeling very muddled about what my next steps are
I’ve never really stopped and chosen my career
I’d like some help with preparing for interview
