I support individuals to navigate change in business and their careers.

With over 25 years experience of leading commercial teams, growing businesses and managing change, I am well versed in many of the opportunities and challenges you are likely to be facing.

Combining my Executive experience with the coaching and advisory practices developed in the last decade, allows me to support my clients to succeed professionally and find satisfaction personally.

My coaching style is dynamic, intuitive, supportive and challenging. I will work with you to identify and leverage your strengths. Together we will get to the heart of what is going to help you and your business succeed to get the outcomes you desire.
