I am a life coach and positive psychologist offering 1-1 coaching sessions and group workshops.
My particular focus is on happiness and my goal in coaching sessions is to bring people closer to living the life that they want, by helping them to gain greater clarity and confidence in making choices that are right for them and taking the actions to move themselves forwards.

I have been coaching clients in both professional and personal contexts since 2015.
My research regarding the use of smartphones in relation to happiness is published in the Journal of Computers in Human Behavior and sited by major news outlets. I am a speaker on digital technology in relation to happiness and have presented on that subject at organisations including Imperial College London. I also facilitate workshops, training people in the fundamentals of positive psychology.

Initial phone consultation: up to 20 minutes - free
Taster session: (1 x 50 minute) at £40
Thereafter, sessions will be charged at the following rates:
1 x 50 minute session = £50
3 x 50 minute session = £140 (£10 off if block booked in advance)
4 x 50 minute session = £180 (£20 off if block booked in advance)

I'm available Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings on an on-going basis. Weekend sessions can be arranged for Taster sessions or ad-hoc/one-off sessions. Online sessions are available.
